For example, if you wanted to map miles to kilometers, you can specific the input range at 1 to 100 and the target range as 1 to 160. Use the Range node to map between the defined ranges. The Range node can be used to linearly scale between two different numeric ranges. By default, the result is not constrained to the range defined in the node. This means using the voltage example above, a value of 2046 would map to a result of 10. The range node works like the map function in the Arduino programming language. It takes a number, which belongs to a particular range, and it will re-map it into a new number in a new range.
