But when we pass an object to a method, the situation changes dramatically, because objects are passed by what is effectively call-by-reference. Within the body of the method, you use the return statement to return the value. Any method declared void doesn't return a value. It does not need to contain a return statement, but it may do so. In such a case, a return statement can be used to branch out of a control flow block and exit the method and is simply used like this: As we know it is core concept that in Java there is always pass by value and not by pass by reference.So in this post we will focus on that how this concept get validated in case of passing primitive and passing reference to a method.
