The control config file can by default be found in the folder C:\Users\YOUR NAME\AppData\Roaming\Battlestate Games\Escape from Tarkov\Settings. You can bind "press", "continuous", "double click" and "release" separately for each button, to do some creative stuff. I put "Throw Grenade" on "double click G", so I don't accidentally switch by pressing G once. Bind R press to fix malfunction, R release to reload.
